At GoMeasure3D, we stand behind the products we carry in our Shop. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We’ll work together to resolve your issue. We’ve outlined our return policy below for more information on our general return and exchange guidelines.

What is GoMeasure3D's Shop Return Policy?
Our general return policy is unopened products can be returned within 90 days of purchase with products in their original condition. If you purchase the products from us, please talk to us about your return and not the manufacturer.
Returns are subject to some limitations. Shipping charges are not refundable.
1. Software Key Delivered Electronically
For all the software purchased in our GoMeasure3D Shop, a digital copy will be delivered electronically along with a license key to activate the software. Once the software has been installed with the Product Key this product can no longer be returned.
2. For All Other Products
We review each return on a case-by-case basis. We understand your experience with a product is going to be different from someone else. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to contact us about your situation and we’ll work on a solution with you.
3. Manufacturer’s Defect
Each product has different warranties against the manufacturer's defect. Please contact us directly if you are experiencing issues.
