ESD ABS Carbon Nanotube (CNT) enhanced compounds are used in critical applications that require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and a high level of cleanliness. Manufactured with consistency in mind – Production starts with MG-94 Premium ABS (same resin as P430) and then compounded according to a proprietary formulation of multi-wall carbon nanotubes and process/dispersion modifiers – giving you a filament with excellent printing characteristics and consistent ESD properties.
Recommended Print Conditions:
- Extruder Temp: 235 – 260C
- Bed Temp: 110-130C
- Use Glass plate with Wolfbite for best adhesion.

It has been repeatedly tested on various machines for flow consistency and print quality; from name brand printers to home made printers. Regardless of the 3D printer you are using, the consistently round diameter provide optimum flow through the extruder nozzle.
Our material is guaranteed free from common issues such as bubbles, concave/convex dot, and dirt.
Although smoke and odor levels are low, ABS filaments must be used in well-ventilated area.

What are the hardware requirements?
A heated bed and 240 celsius hot end. All JR/JRx/JR2x hotends are compatible. If using as a support material, you must use the JR2x.
Our HIPS filament is moisture sensitive and should be kept bagged with desiccant. The filament is very tough and easy to feed into the printer.

Polypropylene filament: 2.85mm
Polypropylene is widely used for automotive and other industrial applications because it is extremely durable and cost-effective. From carpets and bottles to automotive bumpers, chemical tanks, and limitless custom solutions, this type of plastic has such an extensive number of uses because it is incredibly chemically resistant while being almost completely waterproof.
Because polypropylene is prone to warping, use Wolfbite ULTRA Bed Adhesive to bond polypropylene plastic parts to the build plate to allow printing without lifting and to enable smooth release of objects after printing.
